1. Who we are

MAXIMVS is a product of Mana AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 717 W Live Oak St, Austin, TX 78704 (“manaAI”, “we”, “us”).

This policy covers the MAXIMVS website at maximvsai.com. It does not cover the MAXIMVS product, which is governed by the agreement in place with each customer.

2. Information we collect

When you request a demo: your name, work email address, and company name.

When you contact us: your name, work email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message.

Automatically: our hosting provider records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, generated by the act of loading a page and used for security and reliability.

We do not use cookies, local storage, or session storage. We run no analytics software, advertising pixels, or session recording. We do not track you across other websites or build visitor profiles.

3. How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange and run a demonstration, and follow up with you about MAXIMVS. We use server logs to keep the site available and secure.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting it. We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so there is nothing for the signal to change, and we do not respond to it. We also do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your activity across other sites through this website.

6. How long we keep it

We retain demo requests and contact enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. Server logs follow our hosting provider’s standard retention schedule.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at manaAI who need it to respond to you.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@maximvsai.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

You can also simply stop submitting forms. We collect nothing else.

9. Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly at the top of the page.
